Description Pedro Sánchez 2010-11-15 01:05:24 UTC
Las week we had another major meeting towards the future mexican chapter where people from several states gathered again

One of the difficulties discussed was the long geographical distances for mexicans, and the idea of having a mailing list to improve coordination was tossed.

I was given the task to ask about it, and after some IRC questioning I was told that filing a bugticket was the proper way to submit it for consideration, after the boston-area-wikimedians mailing list precedent.

I'm already trained at mailing list administration (I currently do the eswiki sysop mailing list and the eswiki arbcom one), and I propose myself to the task should the list be OK'd but we would also like having User:Ivanmartinez helping with the administration.

* admins: pdsanchez [at] gmail [dot] com, spm [at] xiphoweb [dot] com
