The new drop-down menu for block expiry is not nearly flexible enough for use in
Wikipedia, and should probably be returned to the old method.

I don't like the "resolution" of an "other time" option on the dropdown and a
text box.  Please just give us the text box back.  Dropdowns are NOT intuitive.

you may now set MediaWiki:Ipboptions to "-" to remove the list of times.
