[[Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:Expect edit conflicts]] is not showing
[[Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents]] and [[Wikipedia:MediaWiki
1.5 bugs]], but the template is being used in both. It is showing only places
where it's linked from.

Fixed. Some duplicated code stomped on the link cache.
