Please set the Buryat Wikipedia logo:

    'bxrwikipedia'       => '$stdlogo',

changes to

I guess you want the opposite of what you request, since your request makes no sense. The line that you want to have replaced doesn't exist. Additionally, $stdlogo is actually the same as "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/bxr/b/bc/Wiki.png". And the name of the wiki DB is "bxrwiki", not "bxrwikipedia".
