Hello Carry Currently we are busy setting up the South African Wikimedia Chapter. One of the people involved suggestion that we should get a mailing list for the administration team who is responsible for setting up the list. Please see the URL for more details. How about something like Wikimedia-ZA-Board or Wikimedia-ZA-Committee/Com so that it can be reused when you guys get a board together?
