Today, I wanted to write something on Translatewiki's Support page with Liquid Threads, but then something crazy happened. I think it might be due to a too long title, but I'm not sure. So I typed {{msg-mw|explainconflict}} in a German interface and the following text {{msg-mw|explainconflict}} should use <code><nowiki>{{int:savearticle}}</nowiki></code> instead of "Save page". into the textarea of the AJAX interface (NoScript disabled). Previewing worked, but on pressing the Save button, it led me to the page "API", with the current page content in the upper textarea and mine in the lower one. Above the textarea, was, ironically as it may seem, the [[MediaWiki:Explainconflict]] blurb about an edit conflict. Then, trying to do the same without the AJAX interface, I was not led to this page, but it sent me to the page "Thread:59945cdbd103a6894eee31435e0004f8", telling me that the subject I entered was invalid (the [[MediaWiki:Lqt invalid subject]] blurb). I have now easily solved the problem by setting a |notext=yes}} at the end which drastically shortens the page title, but I still think that it was pretty difficult to understand the cause for the error and that it should be improved. Also, I'm apparently not the only one having this problem, see http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=delete&user=&page=API&year=&month=-1 or http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=API&action=history
