A link to a anchor with brackets is broken in Wikitext, but works in TOC and summary, see URL.

It is possible to let this work also in wikitext? Thanks.

This is a general issue with the fact that ['s and ]'s are illegal characters in Titles, so not allowed in the anchors.

In addition to the .5B thing, you can also use percent-escaping:

[[#This is a %5Bheader%5D with brackets]]

I don't think this bug is very likely to be fixed.
