Description Niklas Laxström 2010-10-28 13:01:57 UTC
I have a link like http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Support&offset=20101018214318#Add_
_in_pop-up_translation_panel_8106 which doesn't go the thread. I don't understand why the threads itself are so seldomly linked instead of the pages they are in.
Comment 1 Andrew Garrett 2010-11-09 04:14:26 UTC
When you had this issue, was the thread even on the page? I'm trying to figure out if the issue is with the offset or with the anchor.
Comment 2 Andrew Garrett 2010-11-09 04:14:52 UTC
not fixed, obviously
Comment 3 Niklas Laxström 2010-11-09 08:25:26 UTC
The thread is currently third last in http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Support, at that time it must been near the top I think.
Comment 4 Jesús Martínez Novo (Ciencia Al Poder) 2013-02-15 17:40:50 UTC
The problem seems to be the unescaped
in the link anchor, which should be correctly encoded (aka {{anchorencode: }})
Comment 5 Quim Gil 2013-03-21 07:30:49 UTC
I agree with the
problem. Testing in many threads at test2 and mediawiki.org "Full thread" links sends you to the right position.

Resolving as WORKSFORME.

Escaping of summaries is totally inconsistent in LQT, there's probably several reports about it.

Offset works; with the updated offset (in URL), the anchor now works -> VERIFIED, but restricting the bug summary.
