Vector's been ported, Monobook needs some more tweaking (RTL, IE??Fixes), the rest of the skins haven't been ported at all and need to be.

Support for the other default skins has been added where possible to mw.util.addPortletLink().
Skins that do support portlets will go into their respective containers.
Skins that don't support portlets will have the link go into their quickbar/footer kindof element.
