As I've noticed just recently, the namespace tabs for the custom namespaces on Commons don't have any translations yet (except this one http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Nstab-timedtext/ko). Being a multilingual project, I consider it to be important that the interface is completely usable in other languages, especially the customized namespaces, two of which even I have no idea what they're for. Since the user group translations usually go there, I'm sure that namespace tab translations could go there, too. For the messages, I'd suggest the following: MediaWiki:Nstab-creator should be "Creator template" MediaWiki:Nstab-timedtext "Timed text"?? MediaWiki:Nstab-sequence "Sequence"?? It may also be a good idea to check if other projects use customized namespaces that might need translation.
'Institution' was added a few weeks ago to Commons. All other extra namespaces are either in private/fishbowl wikis or added in a localized form already (per http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=InitialiseSettings.php ) I will add above Commons namespaces to WikimediaMessages.i18n.php today or tomorrow.
