Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Tomasz Finc 2010-10-05 18:51:21 UTC Currently there is no easy way to know to communicate a campaign change if you don't know who owns the campaign. Lets attach campaign to an owner possibly by connecting it to a User talk page or an email.
