We need a checklist similar to the checklist for Pending Changes:
http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/view/FlaggedRevs_setup/enwiki

The checklist for the upcoming deployment shouldn't be nearly as complicated, but we still need to make sure we've thought of everything.

One thing we missed last time: checking all of the other wikis to make sure they stayed up after we deployed.
