Missing and deleted pages have standard links that are not useful: "print",
"history", and "related changes".  "Related changes" is also included in the
"special" sidebar.  (There are some variations on this by skin and version, e.g.
Monobook excludes the history tab, and does not have a print tab at all in 1.3 &
1.4.)

Fixed in HEAD. Would be in 1.6.
