I believe I have found a bug, demonstrated here: http://sandbox.semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Test%26Page

When querying for record values using the FULLPAGENAME magic word, and the page name contains an  "&" character, results are not as expected.  I believe that the "&" character is being parsed as "&", and the semicolon is being interpreted as a seperator between record fields.  Interestingly if the text of the page title is used explicitly rather than the magic word, the query works.
