Before, when I clicked on the special page tab when I was viewing the recent
changes linked for Wikipedia:Wikifun, it would link me to the same page and
essentially refresh the page.  Now, it just links to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Recentchangeslinked instead of
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Recentchangeslinked/Wikipedia:Wikifun

Not a duplicate, but related to the fix for bug 2457.

Fixed the issue in HEAD and REL1_4.
