I have tried to turn of Vector features on all wikies. Doing that from en.wv, there is a bug announcement: "A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden). from within function "Database::begin". Database returned error ": "."

Dont know what does it mean, but features were turned off on all Wikies to my account
