The #46 autoblock (and I believe some other log entries) were visible on 20th
june, and they disappeared. Angela unblocked an autoblock which is no longer
visible. 

(And Bug 856 should be fixed, as this autoblock went over the original block
length anyway.)

To be brutal about it; if it's not listed in the log there, then we no longer
have that data, so it's more or less lost.
