Please rename "Category" as "श्रेणी" on Nepali Wikipedia.

What is the name of the corresponding discussion namespace?

Namespaces come in pairs. Like "Image" and "Image talk". So if you want to have
a new namespace "श्रेणी", we also have to set up a talk namespace for it. And
this namespace needs a unique name. It must not be the same name.

Please localise them yourself on http://translatewiki.net so that other wikis in Nepalese could benefit from it, too.
