Turkish Wikinews Database Error.

There is a database error on Turkish Wikinews. This is the error message:
Veritabanı sorgu sözdizimi hatası oluştu. Bu yazılımdaki bir hatadan kaynaklanabilir. "ReaderFeedbackPage::userAlreadyVoted" işlevinden denenen son sorgulama:

    (SQL gizli sorgu)

. Veritabanının rapor ettiği hata "1146: Table 'trwikinews.reader_feedback' doesn't exist (10.0.6.28)".

I think it is related to the Reader Feedback. All the pages that there should be ReaderFeedback is seems like the picture which is attached to this message. Other functions like Village Pump or Recent Changes are avaliable. The ReaderFeedback is very new to tr.wikinews and I think it is the source of the problem.
