Personal TODO, add a tool to maintainance/ that computes translation statistics
from the language files.

* How many strings there are in the main file (English)
* How many strings there are in each of the language files
* How many of those strings are redundant
* Some other stuff

Support outputting as a wikitable, csv and plaintext.

Commited a translation statistic tool to CVS, it's at maintenance/transstat.php,
marking this as FIXED.
