Turkish alphabet with alphabetical order is like this:
lowercase abcçdefgğhıijklmnoöprsştuüvyz
uppercase ABCÇDEFGĞHIİJKLMNOÖPRSŞTUÜVYZ

But wiki puts the additional "çğıöşü" at the end after z.
Same for capital letters "ÇĞİÖŞÜ"
