I came accross this in reading the sourcecode, but noticed it wasn't reported here yet.

Sourcode cite:
"	# MISSING : <nowiki> filtering"

It's not only nowiki filtering but pretty much any kind of 'dont touch this' method. I think it's probably best trying to somehow hook into the the real parser instead of copying part of the parser that filters out parts not to touch.
