Could you place update http://wikimania.wikimedia.org/ (the general Wikimania
redirect) to redirect to http://wikimania2011.wikimedia.org/ (the 2011 site)?  

Wikimania 2010 has been over for a bit now and there's not much activity happening on that site anymore.  People looking for the current year's Wikimania site will probably be more interested in seeing Wikimania2011wiki.
