Splitting this just to handle the mailing list part.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #24664 +++

We would like to request creation of a wiki for Wikimedia Macedonia (namely http://mk.wikimedia.org), and an appropriate mailing list.

List Wikimedia-MK list created at <https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikimedia-mk>.  

You'll have to customize some of the settings based on what langauge you choose as the default (Serbian or Bulgarian; Macedonian is not an option).  You may wish to obfuscate the email addresses on the list info page.
