When I install MediaWiki 1.4.4 or 1.4.5 in Spanish Unicode or Latin-1. The wiki
runs ok, but the edition toolbar doesn’t appear.

It’s not a browser problem, because:
a) I see the toolbar in en.wikipedia.org and es.wikipedia.org
b) If I install MediaWiki in english I see the toolbar, too.

I compared the edit page HTML in spanish and english and detect the problem in
"MediaWiki:Infobox alert". In spanish the text doesn’t use "\\n" and the
Javascript is wrong.

The correct "MediaWiki:Inforbox alert" is:

Escribe el texto al que quieres dar formato.\\nSe mostrará en la caja de
información para poder copiar y pegar.\\nEjemplo:\\n$1\\nse convertirá en:\\n$2
