Hungarian language file from Bence Damokos

Please update the translation file for Hungarian (hu) in LimeSurvey for the upcoming 2010 Fundraising Survey. The new file resolves an issue with having both formal and informal tones within the survey. Our testing deadline is July 27, 2010 (tomorrow), so if you could get to this today, that would be great!

The file that needs to be replaced should be in LimeSurvey's /locale/hu/LC_MESSAGES/ folder. The replacement file is attached.

Pushed the new file into place, please test it out.  If there are issues, reopen bug.
