Sorry, but what? :-)  You mentioned vi.wikiquote in the first line of this request, but fj.wikipedia in the second line and fj.wikiquote in the header... which is it?

Also, "FIXED" is used when the bug is actually fixed.  We either leave it open or close it as "INVALID" or "LATER" if there are issues.

This logo does not follow the style of the other Wikipedia logos. Please use the font that's being used for the other logo, have "Wikipedia" in your local spelling as the first line below the puzzleball and the translation of "The free encyclopedia" as second line in a smaller font.

I don't think you actually speak the language, so it's best to ask the natives how to translate the phrases first.
