The movement roles project needs a new wiki, private initially, with roughly the same settings as the board or chapcom wikis. Only logged-in users should be able to view any pages beyond the main page, and account creation should be disabled except by administrators. movementroles.wikimedia.org is the preferred domain name, and the initial bureaucrat can be me ("Austin"). I should be able to take care of the rest.
Austin, I have the wiki up and the basic settings and privacy in place. I went ahead and added you as a sysop and 'crat, using your gmail account as your email address. You will need to do a password reset to login (as your password is currently set to null, and we do not allow null password logins ;) http://movementroles.wikimedia.org (You can ignore my earlier email about issues, I figured them out and got it pushed through.)
Something wrong with access through esams. Getting php served.
Ok, there are some issues with hitting the new wiki from amsterdam (and thus EU), working on it.
So it appears to only affect the main landing page, and only for non-logged in users accessing the site via the Amsterdam caching center. Just FYI, still trying to find out why the caching is different.
Ok, it was some kind of odd caching issue that I have now resolved. Project is online, and working, closing ticket.
This wiki is currently without bureaucrats. Can this be fixed?
(To be clear, there is currently only one non-admin, non-bureaucrat user on a wiki whose content can only be edited by logged-in users. Until this is changed, the wiki cannot be practically used.)

Original task (including "initial bureaucrat") was not completed, so reopening. I realize that a steward could do this as well, but it seems far easier for everyone if this is resolved as part of the initial ticket without subjecting it to a process.
