Description Albus Ecneics 2010-07-17 04:56:52 UTC I found this issue in chinese wikipedia, while adding a link to a section whose title contains full-width space ("　"). The result encoding of full-width space should be ".E3.80.80" , but now it is a underline ("_"). btw, why do you replace % by . ? it makes the url confusing.
