...we should give staff accounts the  "movestable", "stablesetting", and "review" permissions, which are permissions recently granted to sysops on enwiki (Pending Changes/FlaggedRevs).

Looks like a steward task: [[m:Steward requests/Global permissions]]

but the user rights from extension are not listed on meta ([[m:Special:GlobalGroupPermissions/Staff]]), because the extension is not installed there, maybe it is possible to change it on enwiki ([[Special:GlobalGroupPermissions/Staff]])

Done on enwiki, could be done through the web interface as mentioned above.

Reverted.  This discussion needs to be had with some members of enwiki community before these rights are granted, to best assess purpose and expectations regarding staff uses of these rights.

Additionally, this is a steward or steward-like on-wiki action: closing configuration request.
