Hi, As of today I've had several times that a page is shown in Monobook instead of Vector. When this happends I know for sure: * I'm logged in * The page has never been visited by me before * The page has not been cached for more then 2 hours on the server (So far I've seen it in a recent edit-diffview, a very fresh page creation, and a preview when editing a page) When mentioning it in #wikimedia-commons at least two other users confirmed to be having the same issues. I'm unsure as of this moment if the bug is limited to Commons and/or to the Vector skin. -- Krinkle
enhancement -> normal
It is NOT limited to commons. I had it on deWP while editing an article and hitting "preview changes". Kinda surprising having the old monobook toolbox pop up..... Oh, and I guess previews won't be pre-cached at all, so I doubt it's a cache problem
changing title to adapt to more than just Commons
I had it on eswiki and enwiki, with a previously cleared cache, it happened to me a few times yesterday (3 or 4), just by opening a page or editing.
if anyone encounters the problem, please use "view source" of your browser to find the "Served by" html comment, which should show which server is causing this problem.
I should add that whenever this occured to me, a refresh or re-preview would (if not after another third try) show the Vector-version again. Next time I see this I'll be sure to check source.
Just got one: "Served by srv110 in 0.896 secs" 'fresh' revision, so no caching
I have a screenshot, http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Vectorwikibug.JPG as you can see, the "New features" button changes to the old "try beta"
This should be fixed since 12:00 AM UTC'ish
