When watching a page by clicking the "Watch" tab the page is watched and the url on the tab is changed to "...&action=unwatch" and the watch tooltip is changed ti the unwatch tooltip. But the text on the tab is not changed to "Unwatch", it is still "Watch".

Unwatching a page has the same problem.

Note: probably needs disabling IconWatch to reproduce.
