Adam, wanna take a look at this and see if it's local CSS going wrong or something on our side?

It's hard for me to replicate this. I don't have the asian language pack installed on my copy of XP and def don't have the CD anymore to install it, so all I get is rectangles. I've got a couple of ideas we could try, but maybe someone else has a setup where they can test things locally who wouldn't be attempting to fix it in the dark like I will be?

Fixed by local css. it's ie8's rendering error.
