Description FT2 2010-06-30 22:38:20 UTC
The algorithm used for calculating some statistics seems to be giving incorrect (and very lengthy) times.

Wikitech-l discussion apparently has some discussion:

> Reviewing the logs I am unable to find even a single article with a
> wait anywhere near that.
>
> By day two or so it was showing an average of several days during some
> hours. Some people speculated that in cases where no edits had been
> made since PC was activated it was simply taking the time between the
> prior two versions or something like that.

A further off-list comment suggests that a possible cause is that the act of applying Pending Changes is being counted as the "first review" of the previous edit, even if it's been weeks since the previous edit.

"Known issue", logging here as well.

Bad ones removed from enwiki stats and disabled in /trunk for PC case (fine for other wikis).
