In this case, if the rollbacker has the delete right, I guess deleting the page directly makes sense.

Mixing up different actions is pretty scarry, imho. Besides, you'll still need to provide a summary and confirm deletion anyway. If a wiki needs something like that, they can alter the "Cannot revert edit; last contributor is only author of this page." message to provide a link to deletion form. Suggest WONTFIX.
