Have noticed twice now that the notice about pending changes is funky, either it shows without any visible "pending changes", or it's not shown, and there is visible "pending changes", see attached screenshots for idea what I mean

Does following the notice link to OldReviewedPages show any items?

I also see slave lag notices there.

Probably due to slave lag + query grouping (watchlists all still go to to DB12).

I suppose I can put the PC query in the same group to keep more consistency.
