This bug was fun on the page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Protein_domains

The page has an automatically created list of entries in this category, but at least one entry is in the wrong place.
The obvious one i picked up on is as follows:
  # ATP-binding motif
  # AAA proteins
Even where capital letters are given privilege over lower-case, A should come before T

[[AAA proteins]] has {{DEFAULTSORT:Aaa Proteins}} , and A sorts before a as you pointed out.
