Maybe is because of the link to the portal page which is wrong formated: http://gl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Galipedia_m%C3%B3bil

No, it's just because it hasn't been gotten to yet.  Just wait patiently, Hampton (the one who does these things) is a busy guy. :-)
