Hallo! [[wikipedia:de:]] [[wikipedia:fr:]] [[wikipedia:it:]] fails in 1.5alpha2 and prior at non wikimedia foundation wikis. This behaviour has been reported at http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65#c19 related (?) bugs: bug 65 – Links mixing latin1 literal characters and entities produce bad UTF-8 bug 0850 – Double redirects not caught between wikis bug 2303 – interwiki links to wikimedia foundation wiki's fail if they contain UTF-8 characters etc. bug 2342 – w:he:(aleph) is a valid interwiki link at en: but not at other wiki's bug 2372 – [[interwiki_foo:]] will generate wrong code and render incorrect (regression) See similar testcases at: [[en:User:Gangleri/tests/sister projects]] http://jadesukka.homelinux.org:8180/betawiki/Bugzilla_unknown_02 http://test.leuksman.com/index.php?title=Bugzilla_unknown_02 Regards Reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]
You need to put a page title in there! Resolving INVALID.
Changing subject "links as [[wikipedia:de:]] will fail at non wikimedia foundation wikis" on this to "Links as [[wikipedia:de:]] will fail at non Wikimedia Foundation wikis / Links as [[w:bm:]] will fail at bm.wikibooks.org" because Bug 2351 Interwiki links don't work on bm.wikibooks.org shows the same symptoms with concatenatong InterWiki prefixes. One part of Bug 2226: Interwiki links to other sites than Wikipedia is a duplicate of this bug. There are only a few exceptions where concatenation of InterWiki links works (some only when a page is specified). One or both of [[meta:bm:]] [[meta:bm:Main_Page]] should work trough MediaZilla. best regards reinhardt [[user:gangleri]]

(In reply to comment #2) > One or both of [[meta:bm:]] [[meta:bm:Main_Page]] should work trough MediaZilla. 1. [[meta:bm:]] includes no title, as observed above 2. It's a bug tracker. We don't need it to be able to link to each individual project in each individual language. Just use the URL field. It seems the interwiki links aren't used except for when people are cross-referencing a load of utter bollocks in bug reports anyway.
