Hi,

I'm From Sinhala wikibooks; http://si.wikibooks.org/

It has Created New logo for Sinhala wikibooks(localized).
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikibooks-logo-si.png

We need to change English logo to Sinhala logo.

It means this bug must be handled by someone with shell access. Adding the keyword puts it on a list of such bugs, so it's easier to find by these people.
