a regular snapshot of wm-cz otrs queue

Most of mail incoming to wm-cz OTRS queue is spam. The rate of incoming spam is much higher than to my personal account which is protected by simple policyd-weight and spamassasin with bayesian filtering. Danny B. tells me this amount of spam is not normal, and I'm kind of tired of clicking on 40 spam e-mails per week, which does not seem to train the filters any better since I have been doing that for more than a year.

Is there something that can be done about that, please?

Spam filters/settings can be set by OTRS administrators (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/OTRS#OTRS_administrators). This bug is old also, likely not an issue anymore.
