Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Description Trần Nguyễn Minh Huy 2010-06-15 12:48:21 UTC
Please disable uploading images on the Wikisource because of the policy (see
[[s:vi:Special:Upload]] and [[s:vi:Trợ giúp:Thêm hình ảnh]]).

Thank you.

Sorry, but I want to ask that: Have sysop has the right to perform this operation?

No. Sysops cannot disable upload for everyone.
Comment 3 Trần Nguyễn Minh Huy 2010-06-15 14:44:28 UTC
Oh, I do not know it. Very sorry, but we still need to update Wiki.png. This requirement ends here, thanks very much.
Comment 4 Platonides 2010-06-15 14:46:59 UTC
Sysops can't do it themselves, so filling a bug here is the proper way to request that change. The decision should be backed by the community not just by an individual, though.
