It looks like the recent update has broken autosighting. Edits of autoeditors are not sighted automatically on Russian Wikipedia. See, for example, http://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%A1%D0%B0%D1%84%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B2&action=history or http://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%A1%D0%B0%D1%84%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B2,_%D0%90%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B4%D1%80&action=history. Trim's edits should be marked as automatically sighted.

I'm having a hard time reproducing on my testwiki. Autoreview doesn't work for anyone there?

Aaron Schulz, I guess all these entries were made by users with reviewer or bot flag but not autoreviewer. Look also at this: http://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Strumigenys&action=history - first page revision was automatically reviewed but further edits by the same user were not.
This should be fixed now.
