Please return the checkbox for sighting that was near "minor edit" checkbox. It is essential for sighting new articles.

I agree with Alexey (the problem also has been reported by community of Polish Wikipedia).

A lot of articles which have been created by IPs need improvements, so editors start editing articel and after that they want - at once - mark as sighted and save articel.

Added back in r68085 but with a different msg/title for the unreviewed page case (which should somewhat address the de.labs comment).

As Leinad and Alexey said above, this checkbox is crucial for editing (and simultaneusly sighting) many new/small/abandoned articles.
