Hello there, Please remove the autoreview permission from the "Reviewer" usergroup on en.wikinews.org. Community consensus can be found here: http://en.wikinews.org/w/index.php?title=Wikinews:Water_cooler/policy&oldid=1043478 Thanks, The English Wikinews Community
Just to be clear, the vote was for removing it from whats internally called the 'editor' group.
Done.
Thanks JeLuF, but unfortunately things still appear to be autosighted, see http://en.wikinews.org/w/index.php?title=Obama_to_ask_for_special_BP_claims_fund_over_oil_spill&curid=191266&action=history For an example, where I (editing as Blood Red Sandman) made an alteration that was automatically sighted.
That's because you're an admin, which get autosighted. See http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Special:ListGroupRights for details of the current config.
Ah, I see. What's happened is that we haven't thought about the fact that autoreview will be added to some other groups when we filed this bug. Would you mind removing the tool from Admins as well? Bots should keep it; there's no consensus to take it away from bots. Thanks; and sorry we didn't think of that when filing.
Thank you
