The current owner of Wikizh-l <ronny at kopfrechnung.de> has been inactive for a long time. Tried to contact him months ago but there's no reply.

Currently nobody is maintaining the list so it's messy up there. Can the owner of Wikizh-l be changed to me so we can make good use of it? I'm sysop of zhwiki and owner of Unblock-zh already.
