I'm viewing /config/new-index.php?page=DBConnect and surfing to /config/new-index.php?page=Readme by clicking the link on the right side.

I expected the bold "Connect to database" to become a link (because in MediaWiki, bold is sometimes a selflink) and I could surf back by clicking it, but it didn't.

You cannot navigate to pages in the install process. This is by design.

Use the back button provided.
