Sometimes the maps don't show the icons (either any icon, or one of the two icons for pages that use compound query.) and will only do so after I hit the refresh button. I think it may be a javascript issue rather than a PHP issue since the maps are correctly positioned in the area. The old version never has that problem.

There are indeed issues with the JS for markers. Will have a look.

I fixed the issue - custom markers will now be shown on the correct location and show up on the first load. If they have a size different from the default, they will now show up nicely on the first load now though :(
