Created attachment 7398 [details] Error in the caption of the edit summary On German Wiki, I activated the new design, Vector. Now the caption of the Edit Summary looks like the screen shows in the attachment.
Works fine for me. Is this on the edit page? Which browser do you use?
I see Zusammenfassung, not Zusammenfassung und Quellen, after activating Vector. There's also some scripts which add common reasons there, so they may be interefering.
I don't know a solution, but the thing we are seeing here are NOT spaces. It is CSS "text-align: justify" which means it will make the paragraph as wide as the page and making the space between the words bigger or smaller to fill the line. Just thought I'd share that, so no need to look for things that add spaces, it's probably a bad parent element being inherited to this element.
The screenshot shows justified text, but it's not justified for me!
I actually don't use any css or js-files for the Vector-Design. I'm using Google Chrome actually, but usually I use Firefox 3.6 for Windows XP and there is the same "error".
For those who have different languages or skin settings, here is a permalink with those settings: http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=just_the_error&action=edit&redlink=1&uselang=de&useskin=vector @fa_sonstiges: Try logging out and visiting the permalink above and see if it still happends. If not, then it has most likely something to do with your settings and explains why we are not seeing what you see in the screenshot.
Is it related to Bug 20184 ?
