Hallo!

Underscores are now suppressed in links. That is great!

Nevertheless they are *not* suppressed in self-referencing links. Probably many
users would like to have suppresion also in this case.

The text that's supplied is used for the text of the link, 
including underscores if given. They are not "suppressed" in 
either case, so there is no inconsistency between showing 
underscores and showing underscores.
